The service center at Kia in Findlay is NOT the place you want to have your vehicle worked on. TERRIBLE DEALER This Dealership is shady. They are getting known around Findlay for their terrible service . I bought a Truck from here 3 Years ago. They told me tha This Dealership is shady. They are getting known around Findlay for their terrible service . I bought a Truck from here 3 Years ago. They told me that it had passed inspection and was ready for the road. The Salesman rushed the sale (saying someone else was interested in it and we had to close the deal or I might lose the truck ) we tried multiple times to slow the pace but he insured the truck was in great condition . It was storming that day but we test drove it and liked it. Later that weekend we found out that the front brakes were completely GONE it was metal on metal. The back windows wouldn't roll down and the passenger side door wouldn't lock or unlock when you pressed the button. I went back to talk with them and it was by far the WORST experience i have ever had. The Manager of Taylor pulled me in the room and talked with me, Said he did not appreciate me Posting Negative feedback on their Facebook page. We talked about my issues i had with the truck and laughed and said "you should have looked it over completely before you bought it, Now its your problem not ours so please stop blaming us for your mistake" That right there told me everything about that dealership. They never tried to work with me , They put all the blame on me . Instead of trying to figure something out they blamed me for everything . I will NEVER buy a vehicle from another TAYLOR DEALERSHIP AGAIN! More

I would expect vehicles that are for sale to be spotless, without odors, and free of complimentary French fries left by the previous owner. Basic amenities, such as floor mats, should be standard...I noticed after I drove my new van home it had no floor mats. More
