This dealership wants my current van and keeps texting me about vans coming in. Since they were running a “promotion” this weekend, I specifically told them the only trim I was interested in purchasing and a about vans coming in. Since they were running a “promotion” this weekend, I specifically told them the only trim I was interested in purchasing and asked if they were still selling over msrp. After multiple texts, including six where I very clearly stated the exact trim level I wanted and one when I said I did not want to go down a trim level, I was told they had three of what I wanted coming in, and I was told the price. It appeared they were selling what I wanted for msrp! I went in to let them know what colors I wanted (which I had to show the sales guy because he didn’t know what colors it came in) and give them information. Then when my husband got off work, we went to sign papers. When we arrived there to sign, there was nothing anywhere stating what we were buying. I told them I was not signing until I had proof in writing they were selling me what I had told them I wanted and they said they had. The guy talked with us some about our trade in, and tried to get us to sign again. Again, I told him I wasn’t signing until I saw something in writing stating what we were buying. He left, and a manager came back. The guy was trying to sell us the lower trim van for the price of the one I wanted!! So they are still selling over msrp. I know what market conditions are like, but not all dealers are doing that. And so far, the ones that are selling over have been upfront and honest about it. They did not waste my time and think they were going to trick me into signing for a vehicle with no information at all! I sure hope other people aren’t falling for this because this is absolutely not okay to run a business this way. I showed the manager all the messages I had sent. I told him they wasted our time, and I was not happy about that. He tried to say it was because the sales guy was new, but the guy we talked with kept checking in with other people. I kept asking questions about the vans he said he had coming in, and he kept going to ask for more details. Don’t tell me it was somehow overlooked that this was not the model I asked for, when I stated what I wanted six times via text before I ever came in and then talked about it again when I came in the first time. They literally brought us a sales form that did not have the make, model, or trim of what we were buying on it. This was a fine attempt at deception. More
This dealer continues to hurt families and hustle hard working people into buying used cars that they don’t service . Obviously a new car shouldn’t have any issue and most people are happy with it and the working people into buying used cars that they don’t service . Obviously a new car shouldn’t have any issue and most people are happy with it and the process but when it comes to used cars any make model and year this dealership does nothing ! I finally got rid of my pile of junk I bought from here but I wish I could go back in time and elect to sue them. They need to be held responsible for the used cars they push out the door on families. If your reading this and recently bought a used car and have issues PLEASE SEE AN ATTORNEY. You have plenty of proof and support once a class Action lawsuit is filed . More
Bought a car from kia..definitely would not recommend anyone go to there. My check engine light came on before i even got out of the sales lot… i turned right around and took it back. Of course they reset the light.. check engine light has been going on and off since i purchased the vehicle. It hasnt even been two months. Not too mention!!! the car needs new brakes already!!! Was told they would do an inspection for $120 and then a brake inspection is $59.99.. they dont plan on fixing the check engine light at all. Steer clear!!!! Especially the preowned vehicles! More
Very unfair service department …I have sent in my vehicle several times for a front end suspension issue .. Mechanics have replaced everything but the struts what was suggested by me the car owner to Begin w several times for a front end suspension issue .. And on top of all this one of there mechanics broke a part on the vehicle while servicing and they wanted me to pay the 126 dollars for the part but they would cover the labor … haha how convenient.. This does not satisfy your customers doing business like this More
