Tyler Spence of Taylor Kia After unexpectedly finding rust on the rotors of our recently purchased, 2-year-old Buick, we were not looking forward to confronting Taylor Kia about After unexpectedly finding rust on the rotors of our recently purchased, 2-year-old Buick, we were not looking forward to confronting Taylor Kia about correcting what we felt was an oversight on their part. But Tyler made us feel "at home" & comfortable when we brought the car in, had it inspected, confirming what we already knew, then went & secured permission from his boss to get the rotors fixed (turned) free of charge & then arranged for it to be done right away, while we waited. Then they washed the car before returning it to us & it looked absolutely shiny & new. The mechanic who worked on it (whose name we didn't catch) was very, very good & everyone treated us well. We will definitely consider this Taylor Kia for future vehicle needs. More
