What a wonderful experience! We had "no thought of..." buying a new car, we were just going to look. Lol) From test driving other models, to meeting the staff, to basically making us feel part of the Taylor Findlay family! This is our 3rd Kia Soul we have purchased with everyone being from this dealership. Our trade-in (2022) was a great ride with no problems in the near 3 years. They blew us away with the trade-in pricing and the end cost for a new 2024. There are so many new "bells & whistles" that we will have to learn, but we'll get there... Amazing also was on the way home we talked to our insurance company only to find out our insurance premium were less because of all the safety features that Kia now installs on their models!
