Chris K We have purchased four vehicles from Taylor Hyundai and Taylor Kia. Every time except for this one we felt there were things crammed down our throat We have purchased four vehicles from Taylor Hyundai and Taylor Kia. Every time except for this one we felt there were things crammed down our throat we didn't want or need. Things designed to boost Taylor's profit margin with little to no benefit for us. Example: We were told on our Optima which was used with 40,000 miles that the warranty we purchased was an extension of the Kia warranty. Turns out it was $2,000 and some odd dollars for a useless warranty that was from an outside company. We would have gotten more benefit driving down the road and throwing that money out the window. I am still disgusted with that. For the very first time (we returned only because other dealers were willing to give us practically nothing for our Hyundai or Kia vehicle) the sales person actually LISTENED and worked with me to get closer to what I wanted and needed. Chris K didn't give up and kept trying to work something out that would make both of us happy. Two cars ago we also were promised a Steve Taylor bobblehead. Still waiting for that. More
