Everyone at the dealership, from sales to service are always willing and able to get answers for me. Like I always forget how to work the coffee pot in the lobby. When I picked up the car it made more noise than when it was dropped off by the tow company. A few days later it would not start again and I had to have it towed back in. James told me that the starter they had put in initially was bad and that was what was making the noise. Since the new starter has been put in the car so far I have not had any problems. More
