Trevor was very friendly and helpful explaining everything about the car. He got us a sunroof without having to buy all the other things in a package we did not want to pay for. When he said he would do something he did it when he said he would. For instance, he signed us up for Blue Link when we picked the car up after the sunroof was installed instead of when we paid for the car so we would not be using up our free trial period while the car sat at the dealership and moonroof installation center. Trevor could not have done more to make the experience better. The car was delivered in A-1 shape with a full tank of gas clean and everything in its place. More

THE ONLY THING I WAS DISSAPOINTED IN IS I HAVE A HEADLIGHT COVER BROKEN ITS JUST THE PLASTIC PIECE AND I ASKED WHAT IT WOULD COST AND WAS TOLD 350 DOLLARS THAT IS JUST RIDICULAS. This appointment was for recall work on side-curtain airbags for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I was surprised when I found out the work wasn't done at the dealership (it was subbed out - I should have airbags for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I was surprised when I found out the work wasn't done at the dealership (it was subbed out - I should have been told beforehand in my opinion). Then, when there was a problem with the repair...It took some convincing of the Hyundai repair staff that there actually was a problem. They were able to fix the problem in the end (thank goodness). Also, when I received the vehicle back, the steering wheel has small tears in the fabric on it now...it looks like it got damaged when the air-bag came out. It isn't a huge deal, and the dealership says if it 'delaminates', that they will fix it under the warranty. Overall, just a little frustrating of an experience, but I will go back to the dealer for future repairs. More
We were wanting a car with good gas mileage. Pat Jr. suggested the Elantra as a very fuel efficient solution. He showed us the advantages of the car and let us decide for ourselves. My wife wanted another color for the car and Pat arranged a transfer with another dealer. Mark, (Business Manager), found us a better finance arrangement than we had with our local bank. The car was delivered as promised and we've been very satisfied. We would easily recommend Taylor Hyundai to a friend. More
I had bought a Kia Forte back in March of 2011 and was taking it out to that dealer for oil changes. I live in Perrysburg and Sylvania was quite a drive.
