Salesman was great . Salesman was great but I got the car I didn't want. Was told it was the only car I could get financed for. For a new car there is a weird sound in the Salesman was great but I got the car I didn't want. Was told it was the only car I could get financed for. I received a call from the service I have already posted my displeasure with the dealership, but a call I received yesterday prompts another . . . I received a call from the service department to schedule my free first oil change. Sounds great, right? Well the oil needed change within a month of purchase which we did and NO ONE explained that there was such an offer in the first place! Communication is quite poor between the dealership and their customers. If you want to have a dealership do what is convenient and best for them regardless of the impact to you, the customer -- then shop here . . . otherwise keep looking elsewhere -- you will be happier and better off financially! More
