Very easy car buying experience I wished to replace my 2012 Elantra with the new 2017 model. I was immediately greeted at the door by James Leasure who ultimately sold me my new car. I wished to replace my 2012 Elantra with the new 2017 model. I was immediately greeted at the door by James Leasure who ultimately sold me my new car. Mr. Leasure was extremely freindly and helpful. He was very low-key. I never felt pressured into purchasing a car. This is the third car I have bought from this dealership since they opened. This was by far the best buying experience of the three. In fact, the previous purchases were not pleasant at all. Also, Diane Williams is an old friend of mine. She helped me feel very comfortable during the buying process. She sat with me and made me feel very much at home. I also was impressed by the speed in which the car was readied for me. I believe it took less than one hour from the time I made the decision to buy the car until I drove it off the lot. (It was a cash sale, with a trade-in). Mr Leasure did all he could to get me the best price on this brand new model. He also offered to pay for my first oil change....a very nice touch. More
