I specifically was told by the salesperson Chad Klutter that the car was at the Toledo location. I emailed Tami the next day to confirm my appointment and again asked about the location of the Elantra and was told it was at the Toledo dealership. I confirmed my appointment by phone and was told by Angel that the car was at the Toledo dealership. When I arrived for my test drive, Chad told me the car was at the Perrysburg location. When I told him he had not been honest, nor had the other two employees, he responded that he had to do what the bosses told him to do. Taylor Hyundai lost my business! More

The wait time is long but I secured my own financing and knew which car I wanted. I bought a Tucson in 2014 it was certified used after I had it serviced they said I would need new tires. I spoke with the dealership and the replaced the tires with no hassle. I just upgraded to a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and I love it! I would definitely by another car from Taylor. More
