I took my car here to get an oil change on Monday August 1st 2016 (today is September 12th and I still haven't seen any resolution to my issue. To shorten this review I will consolidate what happened: -Took my car to get an oil change. -They made a mistake. -My oil plug was not properly tightened. -The oil plug came off while I was driving on the highway. -Lost all the oil from my car and my car was thickly covered with oil. -Stranded on the side of the road on vacation. -Tom Brown the service manager thinks that it the situation they placed me in was funny and laughed on the phone saying that "they are not liable for damage to my vehicle." Blew off calls and voicemails for several weeks. Refused to do anything other than the promises of a check I have not received for over a month, and to be completely honest do not expect to receive. If they are not liable for any mistakes they make to your vehicle do you feel comfortable getting your vehicle serviced here? I would really hate to see this small mistake happen again to another person and have them not get off the highway or road in time, loose oil and get in a serious accident. More
