Initially, for this particular car leasing experience we attempted to use the Toledo location (though we always used Perrysburg) because that location is closest to where we live; long story short we didn't have the experience we were expecting after spending over 2 hrs there. So we headed back to old faithful where we were met in the parking lot and treated with dignity and respect we have grown accustomed to at the Perrysburg location, getting the car and terms that I expected. More

Good Car Shopping Experience I first contacted someone online to ask a few questions, and they scheduled an appt. for me at their Central Ave. store - when I arrived, Jake greeted I first contacted someone online to ask a few questions, and they scheduled an appt. for me at their Central Ave. store - when I arrived, Jake greeted me promptly and with a smile, so that was very appreciated. I had the car I wanted in mind, so we didn't spend a lot of time discussing various models, etc. He presented a 2017 Tucson in white, which I really liked, so we then discussed leasing terms. I drove away in my new car approximately 2 1/2 hours after I arrived. Jake followed up with a phone call & a thank you note. The gentleman who handled all the paperwork was also very pleasant. Overall, nice experience! More

The car is great, all around. It is the car that an older man would need. All the tech is fantastic. Some of the links say this car is not as good as others. I have compared it to all the other vehicles and for the money this car beats them all. People need to drive these Hyundai cars before they start bashing them. They may find out that all they are buying with the BMW, Audi, Mercedes is the name for they are way to expensive. I am not saying they are not great cars because they are, I am just saying do not bash the Hyundai until you have checked them out. More

Incompetent I bought my 2015 Sonata Eco elsewhere and learned that there was a recall on it. I scheduled an appointment with Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg and t I bought my 2015 Sonata Eco elsewhere and learned that there was a recall on it. I scheduled an appointment with Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg and they confirmed that the part was in for the recall. Two days later I arrived for my appointment after driving 45 minutes strait there after work to give them enough time to work on it. The service scheduler said that they didn't have the part I needed in stock. All he said was that he would call me when the part arrived after I complained that they had just wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time. The next day they called and said that I had missed my appointment and if I would like to reschedule. Um, not until the part arrives.... After two weeks of not hearing anything, I emailed them to check on the part. They said that they had the part and I could schedule an appointment to have it installed. What happened to them calling me when it came in? In the meantime I had a trip coming up and wanted the car repaired first. I took it to Tom Ahl in Lima and they got it done the first time with no hassles. Steve, you won't be seeing me in one of your Kia's or Sonata's anytime soon. More
