No title after 2 months no follow up It’s been two months and I still haven’t received my title the company has dropped the ball on several levels I was told the vehicle had newer tires t It’s been two months and I still haven’t received my title the company has dropped the ball on several levels I was told the vehicle had newer tires the tires were dry rotted and had a cracked rim it was in the evening when I purchased the vehicle and I couldn’t inspect the tires I just took their word for it and that was a big mistake I’ve been told several times I’ll be called back by a manager and no phone call back from a manager in the company does not care about any of their customers in my opinion if they have a problem with the vehicle I was given a higher percentage rate by the dealership and The finance company corrected it only who knows why I was given a higher percentage rate at the dealership??? More

Question how will we be treated when we bring the car back for oil changes or want to buy another new car., the cover for the hatch was wrong, took 3 phones calls (was told by Randy he would call me back and waited 6 days, finally mitch got us one) Randy told us we got 3 free oil changes. WRONG, that cost me 99.00. There were other issues but I am sure you really don't care. I will say that the fiancé man very nice and answered all our questions. More

Check your used car thoroughly. I bought a 2012 Buick enclave from them, only to discover there were panels missing in the back. It was missing the Jack, a seat won't move and within I bought a 2012 Buick enclave from them, only to discover there were panels missing in the back. It was missing the Jack, a seat won't move and within 2 weeks a windshield wiper stopped working, it needs a thermostat or sensor, and it has an airbag light on. After many conversations with many people, they intend to do nothing outside of my warranty. So it is on me to pay for repairs. I understand used cars come as is but you would think at a reputable dealer it would have all the pieces and be mechanically sound. I can in no way recommend this dealer. More
