We will Never again purchase another Hyundai. Poorest quality automobiles. We've had a 2003 Toyota Matrix in the family and have not had a single problem to date, regular maintenance and oil changes is all, and over 125,000 miles. Our 2012 Hyundai only 43,000. After bringing in the vehicle to Taylor Hyundai on Monday the service department Representative said my wife's car was still under warranty; we received a call on Tuesday and they told us her car was NOT under warranty, after having already replaced the window motor and strap on the front window, so needless to say there was no option other than to have the service completed. Not only will we never purchase another Hyundai will never never purchase another vehicle from any Taylor Dealership. They are incompetent and not trustworthy. More
Appearance of key areas at the dealership. I guess I should not compare dealerships, but I found that the men's bathroom gave the appearance of not being clean. The cloth chair in the area was soiled. A coffee type was out and the coffee brewer was not clean on the outside. Again, the area was not inviting. Jonathan's office wall was soiled. The carpet was soiled also. Again, the area was not inviting. Overall, it looked like customers were not a priority. Perhaps a visit to the Mercedes dealership could be helpful. More

Service was closed so they fit me in today Monday. They had to order a new sunroof but handled everything professionally and treated me very well. At first I was nervous about the situation, but they handled everything very well. I am very pleased that I am a new Taylor Hyundai customer. More
Poor Service about a month ago i made an appointment for the 15000 mile service on my 2015 Genesis Coupe. i also asked to have the recall done. the service was don about a month ago i made an appointment for the 15000 mile service on my 2015 Genesis Coupe. i also asked to have the recall done. the service was done to my satisfaction but the recall could not be completed because their computers were down and they didn't know the code. made an appointment for the following week at 8:15 am. I left my car with them. i did not here from anyone so i called about 3:pm. i was told that they had not even started on my vehicle . I asked why and was transferred to Bob the service manager. He told me that some repair take longer than others. I said that they shouldn't over book appointments. Bob says they don't. I have to disagree or else the work would have been done. Bob said that when I came to get my car, I could make another appointment and they would provide me with a loaner vehicle. That isn't the point. I should have been called when they couldn't take care of my car. So I wasted my time and gas driving there and back. The service tech Gabrial was very helpful. More
