Fast, pleasant and effiecient! The entire experience went as well as I could imagine. I pulled directly in, early for my appointment, and was waited on immediately by a staff member The entire experience went as well as I could imagine. I pulled directly in, early for my appointment, and was waited on immediately by a staff member. A few moments of signing and questions and the car was off to the shop. I assume the recall repair was done correctly and I was out of the shop 20 minutes after my schedule appointment time. Great experience! More

Love the service staff Great teamwork among staff and everyone is so friendly! Yummy, endless, free coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate. With a scedhuled (and detailed) appointment with time slot, it still took an hour and a half for the oil change & inspection. And additional 45 minutes for headlight replacement, tire rotation and wash. But hey, with free car wash, yummy coffee and a comfortable waiting area, I was perfectly happy. :) More

Service standards keep getting better. I am very impressed with the continues improvement of the quality of service being given at Taylor Hyundai. Two years ago, my comments would have been I am very impressed with the continues improvement of the quality of service being given at Taylor Hyundai. Two years ago, my comments would have been different. But there has been a consistent improvement in how customers and cars are being handled. I am very impressed with Sherri, who has always been just great to deal with. Now if you could only fix the wifi for customers while they are waiting. We shouldn't have to try to get into the "Guest" website numerous times before we connect and yes, this has NOT improved in two years. More
