Very nice service department personnel I made an appointment for scheduled service. The service representative Ponce was extremely nice and helpful. He arranged for someone to take me home, which turned out to be a good thing because I got there at 10:30 and my car wasn't ready till a little after 5. The driver, Mark, was also very nice. My experience with the service department personnel was great. My only suggestion is to reduce the amount of time it takes to get your car serviced. More

Next time ask 2 1/2 hours after my appointment we were finally done ... for a routine service. The wait was for a wash. Great Service as always! I was able to easily schedule service for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on line. When I arrived, Ponce greeted me and we talked about what I needed/wanted I was able to easily schedule service for my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on line. When I arrived, Ponce greeted me and we talked about what I needed/wanted. He mentioned additional services but was not pushy. The customer lounge was clean and offered coffee & tea. My car was serviced, washed and swept inside in a reasonable amount of time. I have always had great experience with Hyundai Service since 2004 when I bought my first Hyundai. More

Once I got my car and was headed home I noticed a message on my dash that my car needed to be serviced. They forgot to reset the message after servicing my car. More

Made a frustrating experience a lot easier to handle. I had to have my Elantra towed to Taylor because of a flat tire, but service writer Ponce took over from there. The flat tire was replaced free of cha I had to have my Elantra towed to Taylor because of a flat tire, but service writer Ponce took over from there. The flat tire was replaced free of charge (road hazard warranty), the tires were rotated and the oil changed. When it turned out I needed a new battery, Ponce called and informed me of the cost. When my wife drove me over to pick up my car, Ponce took it upon himself to have my wife's Volvo washed and detailed....something the Volvo dealer where my wife bought the car has never done! More
