Ponce Jones Is The Best Service Adviser At Taylor Hyundai I have dealt with many service advisers in my 66 years. Ponce Jones is by far the VERY BEST! He is above all courteous & respectful. Appt time means nothing I went in for oil change& tire rotation, car cleaning.Appt time 7:45 am. Ended up with four new tires, air filters, engine additive-$over $730. Left a I went in for oil change& tire rotation, car cleaning.Appt time 7:45 am. Ended up with four new tires, air filters, engine additive-$over $730. Left at Noon. A couple there with my same appt time, was still there when I left. They said they always end up spending over $200 more than expected, every time they have been there for any service needs. They had even experienced damage to their car before, while there. The “ free” shuttle service is that they use customers personal vehicles, there for service/repairs as shuttle vehicles. Personal property of owner still in vehicle while they “ test drive”& shuttle customers- this sounds wrong& too much chance for theft or damage to personal property.Employees were friendly but my wait time& poor quality of car cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Still had multiple smudges on windows and interior had not been wiped, only floors vaccumed.Sure didn’t plan to spend over $730 that day. More

First Time Questioned Service Experience I've had my car serviced at the dealership since 2011 and this is the first time I've experienced any of the technicians work. I went in for an oil ch I've had my car serviced at the dealership since 2011 and this is the first time I've experienced any of the technicians work. I went in for an oil change on Friday 4 May 2018, which I assume they performed adequately, but became very skeptical of the service when we were reviewing the multipoint inspection. Everything was reportedly checking out okay until we got to the drive/serpentine belt. The service representative showed that the technician stated that it was showing wear which immediately threw up a red flag because I had it replaced as recommended in January 2018. I questioned how that could be since it was reportedly replace less than 4 months ago. The service representative verified that my records showed it being replaced and then made a comment that calls into question the entire multipoint inspection process. He stated "I guess he said that because of the milage insted of actually inspecting the belt". How in the world are we now supposed to trust anything on our multipoint inspection if the service technicians are giving us recommendations based on mileage instead of actual inspections? I like getting my vehicle serviced by the dealership so I'll return but will be on guard for any other skeptical service issues. More

Took Vehicle for window repair and electric seat repair Got me in and out in a timely manner. Disappointed that you don't stock the parts I needed for repair.
