I’ve worked my whole life to help individuals that have medical emergency and treat them each with respect and as of each one is a family member. I am saddened to realize this is not the case in every field of work. Recently, I sent my car into Taylor Hyundai for a paint recall. My car was sent to Cushmans in Evans for this service. My windshield was broken during the process of repainting my car due to the recall. Hyundai never called me and spoke with me about my windshield being broken. I had to call multiple time to get any word on my car. This rude woman I spoke to continued to tell me, ‘I don’t get paid extra to check on all of the recalls’ and ‘you’re lucky you aren’t the lady that her windshield got broken.’ Unfortunately, I was the girl that had her windshield broken, fixed, and slapped with an 800$ bill. Hyundai sent me through all of the obstacles of calling corporate. They all denied my claims even though my windshield would have never been broken if it was for their faulty paint job. I’ve been hung up on multiple times, told to get a lawyer, and I’m out of luck. I have found out that replacing a windshield without the ability to research and pick one on my own is against the law. Cushmans states they had a blanket statement to fix whatever is broken on the paint recalls and they are slapping the bills on the consumer. They are holding my car from me and not allowing me to pick it up without paying 800$. More
Took my son's car for a basic oil change and tire rotation. They recently had a baby and I told them I would handle this for them. Had a 10am appt. Did not pull out of the lot until 2:45 pm and it never got the complimentary wash as I needed to leave for an appointment. When they brought up my car it was the wrong vehicle. She blamed the service desk. The service desk blamed only having 2 techs on staff. Spoke with another customer who arrived 30 minutes before me and was still waiting on her car around the time mine was ready. Danielle was my service advisor and was pleasant to work with. Just don't schedule service if it cannot be completed in a reasonable time. So glad I own a Ford and Infiniti where service is always done on a timely basis. No Hyundai in my future! More
Was very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which I was taken care of. I expect to have them take care of my vehicle always. I will never own another Hyundai, take any vehicle I own to their service department or ever recommend this dealership. Not only did they not deliver on their promise for service work, but never once trie to their service department or ever recommend this dealership. Not only did they not deliver on their promise for service work, but never once tried to fix the issue and acted like they could care less. I made numerous calls to try and speak with the Service Manager Bob Swiger. He called me once, I missed his call but I repeatedly tried to talk with him. Never returned my calls. I received an email months later from their service department reminding me I needed service work done on my car. I replied back that in no way will I ever be coming back. I immediately received a reply from the service manager wanting to talk with me about my problem so they could continue to provide great service. I replied back with my phone number and said I would like to speak with him. NEVER heard one peep. If I could give this Hyundai dealership a -10 score I would. Buyer beware! More

I just traveled over an hour to be told that I need an appointment. I've been to two different Hyundai locations and never had to have an appointment. This is my fourth time being disappointed. I was hoping they would change by now.. The woman Dana that was supposed to be "helping" me barely let me get any words out. She told me I needed an appointment and to try and schedule one with another employee.. she then picked up a phone call from her personal phone. Very rude. More
Had the worst service from this dealership. I dropped off my vehicle, and was told that I would receive a text message when it was done, but I never received anything. I had to call to check on I dropped off my vehicle, and was told that I would receive a text message when it was done, but I never received anything. I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle, about 4 hours later, and was informed that it was ready for a long time. When I picked up my vehicle, I didn't realize that everything was wrong on my invoice, until the service advisor handed me someone else's keys. When I tried to tell her that the keys weren't mine, she insisted that they were, and I had to point out my keys on the counter. Everyone's keys were just laid out on the counter, for anyone to walk by and pick them up. The service advisor then said that everthing was the same on the correct invoice, and gave me the paperwork, after I had already signed for someone else's. I am from out of town, so I did not realize until I got home, that my keys were missing out of my vehicle. These keys were on a separate ring from my car keys, and contained my house and office keys. I am thankful that I had a spare key to get into my house. I called back to the dealership the Monday afterwards to inquire about my keys, and the same service advisor that I had prior got snippy with me, and insisted that they wouldn't touch my keys. I was very irritated at that point, and I called the corporate office, but they said that since each dealership is independently owned, they couldn't do anything about it and I should contact the manager. I sent an email to the manager of the dealership, but he never responded. I will not be going back or recommending this dealership to anyone, and they have lost my business, for being completely apathetic. More
