He has maintained contact with me since I purchased my 2011 Santa Fe last August. Any questions I have had since that purchase, David has been prompt to answer or provide the necessary follow-up. I also purchased a 2011 Tuscon (for my sister) and he maintains contact with her even though she lives in another city.
