I had to return home to Calif in 2 days but Jerry got it serviced and ready within 24 hours for her. They forwent a big profit to help keep the cost in our budget. I had an excellent experience with Jamie while shopping for a new car. The short list: non aggressive salesmanship, attention to detail, proved trustworthiness in offers, spent plenty of time test driving for a new car. First, non aggressive salesmanship is a big deal to me. I don't like being pressured in to anything and I don't want any buyers remorse. I dislike other dealerships who's salespeople call and text my phone over and over again with new unspecified offers and cheesy slogans. I don't like to hear 'we're waiting on you! Come in for a great deal or you'll regret it!' Jamie's approach sounded like this: 'what can I do for you? What's important to you in a car? Please take your time and make sure you're happy with your selection. Test drive anything you like.' and that makes me comfortable with the purchasing process. He gave me an estimate for a trade in value on my old camry, even before thoroughly inspecting it, and stuck to it. I liked that he didn't throw out a high offer just to get my interest in buying a new car through his dealership. Jamie also walked me through the car buying process until I understood every charge before signing rather than rushing. I didn't need all of the bells and whistles that come with the tech package on the new elantra, but I did really want the rear view camera. Jamie managed to add it to my car at a discount without purchasing the whole tech package. The day after I bought the car, he called me to set up an appointment to install the camera, and double checked that I was happy with my new vehicle. When I brought my car in to go over camera placement options, he even pointed out that one of the cameras offered would give me a much better view than the other (for the same price) something that I wouldn't have known to choose by. He was friendly and polite at all times, making the car shopping and buying experience extremely relaxed. Rather than haggling for the best deal, I feel as if I was simply discussing options with a friend. More

Jamie first showed us a new Accent and then steered us to the new Elantra. Jamie listened to our concerns about the driving experience between the two models. I came to this Hyundai dealership to search my options, I had been to 4 other dealerships already, and this was last on my list. David Truitt and Taylor Hyundai worked a lot of numbers on a bunch of different cars and models of each car, to get me the best deal for my money. Once the numbers were worked out, then I knew which cars I could afford, and then looked at only those. Once I narrowed down my choices, I was able to take the (Soon to be mine) 2013 Sonata GLS on a test drive. What a awesome automobile. Mr. Truitt, answered all of my questions about the car and explained in detail all the in's and out's of the vehicle. He is a class act, super salesman! My wife and I were married about 9 months ago after about 5 years together. As young newlyweds, we had accomplished nearly all of our goals that we had set together (my wife is becoming a permanent resident 5 years together. One of the last goals we had to check off of the list was to get a reliable family car for my wife to drive. We went to several different dealerships and did not get a very good gut feeling from any of them. Finally, we went to Taylor Hyundai after hearing good things about them. The whole process made me feel very confident in our decision to go to Taylor Hyundai for this car purchase. We ended up getting a certified pre-owned Hyundai Sonata GLS 2.0 Liter Turbo. What an incredible car! Upon driving it myself, I felt very relieved to think that this would be the vehicle that my wife would be riding in. It has the acceleration (for pulling out into traffic), the braking system is incredibly reliable, and the crash safety features exceed that of just about any other car on the road. Another thing that made doing business with Taylor Hyundai and incredible experience was the fact that they go above and beyond with their customer service and they stand behind their cars. Not only did our Sonata come with a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty (pre-owned!!!!), but about one week after purchasing this car, we encountered an issue with acceleration (this really scared me). However, upon taking the car up to the dealership, the issue was taken care of promptly at no cost and we were told that if there were any other issues, that those would be taken care of up to 60,000 miles. Now that is "SERVICE AFTER THE SALE". Honest people, selling quality cars. My wife and I will definitely be repeat customers of Taylor Hyundai! Thank you all very much for your honesty and integrity.
