Made a frustrating experience a lot easier to handle. I had to have my Elantra towed to Taylor because of a flat tire, but service writer Ponce took over from there. The flat tire was replaced free of cha I had to have my Elantra towed to Taylor because of a flat tire, but service writer Ponce took over from there. The flat tire was replaced free of charge (road hazard warranty), the tires were rotated and the oil changed. When it turned out I needed a new battery, Ponce called and informed me of the cost. When my wife drove me over to pick up my car, Ponce took it upon himself to have my wife's Volvo washed and detailed....something the Volvo dealer where my wife bought the car has never done! More

Ms. Sherri in sevice was great and pleasent great customer s On 04/17/18 I Mrs. Phyllis Montgomery called to inform the sevice department my light was on in my car. I didn't know what was wrong with it so coul On 04/17/18 I Mrs. Phyllis Montgomery called to inform the sevice department my light was on in my car. I didn't know what was wrong with it so could I bring it in they said fines. Miss Sherry she looked at my tires and said they were worn and that I needed some new ones. She wanted to make sure I got the best price so she went and she looked at a couple of prices of tires she came back and I got the best deal on tires I have ever gotten at Hyundai. I am so glad that she waited on me on the 17th of April that will keep me coming back. You need Night 10 more people like Miss Sherry in Service Department. I am a very satisfied customer. My Hyundai Experience I had a great experience as I normally do. My only concern is for some reason it's seems like whenever I come in to have my car serviced a particular I had a great experience as I normally do. My only concern is for some reason it's seems like whenever I come in to have my car serviced a particular service salesman seems to be putting extra pressure on me as well as another customer I witnessed on yesterday to have things done to their vehicle. This has occurred before but I just took it as he was just being concerned for the health of my car. Now when he did it yesterday it made me feel like extra pressure on us to have unwanted or unnecessary service done. I only am speaking about with this visit because prior to this visit the head of service dept I think that's who he is told me totally opposite of what the previous person said. More
