He was extremely knowledgeable of both the car and all the little intricacies of our particular situation (out of state taxes, fees, license tags, etc.). His approach was relaxed with no pressure whatsoever. He let the car sell itself, which is the way every car sell should go, in my opinion. Jerry gave us time to test drive other makes and models without the daily hounding we received from another nearby dealership on whether or not we were still interested.
