I was in the market for a new car and ended up choosing a Ford Escape, but the whole sales transaction ended Great, simple, quick and easy experience! I was in the market for a new car and ended up choosing a Ford Escape, but the whole sales transaction ended up being a horrible experience after waiting 4 days for a specially ordered car that arrived with the wrong interior! I originally looked at and drove the Hyundai Tucson prior to this, and as soon as I cancelled my Ford, I contacted Angel again. He responded immediately and confirmed that the same Tucson I fell in love with was still available. I arrived at the dealership that evening and was in and out within an hour and a half, driving off the lot with my new car. Angel was true to his word and gave me the deal he promised. All staff members were easy going and very helpful. This experience definitely made up for the ridiculousness I encountered at the Ford dealership. Thanks! More
