Our experiences with Taylor Hyundai have not always been without issue but Taylor Hyundai has always worked hard to make things right. With regards to the "Quality of Work" rating in this review, my initial thought was to mark it "Good". The reasoning was only because we purchased an additional treatment where we ended up having to return the new vehicle back two times before the treatment was applied to our satisfaction. All other aspects of the purchase were excellent. I ended up with an "Excellent" rating because the dealership made it right! I think a dealership that works at making things right is by far a better company to have dealings with. More
