Truly a Painless and Pleasurable Experience First, a little backstory: I had previously been to a Honda dealership, as we had decided to move from Hyundai (We had a 2013 Elantra we were going to First, a little backstory: I had previously been to a Honda dealership, as we had decided to move from Hyundai (We had a 2013 Elantra we were going to trade in for an upgrade), but that experience was less than mediocre. That night we did more research on TrueCar and found Taylor Hyundai had the vehicle we were interested in, but they only had one in stock. We decided to get to the dealership about 10 minutes prior to them opening. Before Taylor Hyundai had opened, at approximately 0850, Mr. Grayson met us outside and began working with us. This spoke volumes of their devotion to customer service. Throughout the duration of the rest of the introduction of the vehicle, Mr. Grayson was knowledgeable, but not pushy whatsoever. During the test drive, Mr. Grayson introduced many of the technology points the vehicle was equipped with. I had to leave the dealership and drop my wife off at work, and Mr. Grayson had no issues with this and when I returned had all the price paperwork drafted up. Taylor Hyundai honored the TrueCar price, no questions asked, and worked with me to get the combination of the new vehicle price and trade-in value to in my budget range. Overall, Mr. Grayson and the rest of the Taylor Hyundai team were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle, whether you are looking for a Hyundai or not to go see the Taylor Hyundai team! They will not disappoint. The only less than perfect experience was when I received the new vehicle from detailing, the interior windows were dusty and still had tape marks from the sales stickers, and some of the plastic trim on the exterior had white residue from what seemed to be wax. Some of the protective plastic on the interior was still present as well. Minor, but still worth mentioning for some room for improvement. More

If you are in the market for a Hyundai (or ANYTHING on their lot), you will be hard pressed to find a more comprehensive and thorough staff to work with in Augusta, GA. Car selections in this town can be pretty lame when compared to Columbia or Atlanta. Save yourself some grief and check these guys out. They perform! More
