I am very impressed with Sherri, who has always been just great to deal with. Now if you could only fix the wifi for customers while they are waiting. We shouldn't have to try to get into the "Guest" website numerous times before we connect and yes, this has NOT improved in two years. More

My experience in purchasing a new Sonata I expressed the type of trade in deal that I was looking for and the price range I was interested in. Jamie told me that he thought that he had some vehicles that would qualify. The first vehicle that we looked at was a Sonata. I was a little surprised at that because I did not think that the Sonata would be in my price range, but it had the interior and exterior colors I wanted, so I took it for a test ride. As it turned out it was just over my target price, but I was so happy with the how well the car drove (better then anticipated), I was willing to go a litter higher. It took very little time to come to an agreement on price and I purchased the vehicle without test driving anything else. The paper work was completed very efficiently and the car was prepped for me when the paper work was done. I had a very good experience purchasing this vehicle and I have been enjoying my new car ever since. More
