I would like to thank Danielle Slick very much for arranging everything for my car service appointment in celebration of my birthday 🎂 on Monday, September 16, 2024. For that appointment on my special day, I used my favorite service advisor, Danielle Slick. My car appointment began when I got her to stand with me in front of my beloved 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited Quartz Pearl White car with power moonroof, heated and cooled leather seats, backup camera, and cargo net. I got Kasey Fitzgerald to use my smart phone to video Danielle Slick and me in front of my car as I sang the poem I came up with about Danielle Slick's premier customer service: Come to Taylor Hyundai and pick Danielle Slick/As she loves to do her thing with no trick/So that service on your Hyundai can be quick/Your Hyundai can then click because you picked Danielle Slick!!! It was the first poem about a Taylor Hyundai employee in the history of the dealership. Having such a sweet-sounding voice, Danielle Slick then gave me a birthday card signed by her and her fellow employees. I had the 90,000 mile major service performed on my car, which was followed by the detailing of my car. While I was in the waiting room long before getting my car back, Danielle Slick gave me a Happy Birthday hat 🥳 to wear. I then saw her husband Billy Slick arrive with a bag of gifts in honor of my special day. She and I got him to come to Taylor Hyundai and be part of my birthday celebration 🎊. (He previously worked as mechanic at Taylor Hyundai before medically retiring three years ago.). Then she called me to the dealership's break room, where I finally got to meet him for the first time ever in my life and get my gifts out of the bag he brought. Danielle Slick and her fellow employees sang "Happy Birthday" to me, and I got a replica of my car 🚗, a box of prayer cards, candy, cookies, a drinking glass, and a chocolate cake. I got her to use my smart phone to video me as I was opening my gifts. Being the "icon" of Taylor Hyundai and its Service Department, she even gave me a set of mylar balloons, with one of them saying, "You're #1.". It was the greatest birthday celebration and party in the history of Taylor Hyundai!!! After my car was brought back to me, and at the end of my appointment, Danielle Slick took the time to explain everything that was done on my vehicle. I got one of her fellow service advisors to take a photo of me and Danielle Slick in front of my car. Thank you so very much, Danielle Slick, for being at Taylor Hyundai on my special day and for having your husband Billy Slick to come and be part of it!!! Because of you and your husband, my car service appointment in celebration of my birthday 🎊 was successful, and my birthday was very happy because of you, Danielle Slick, as you are the sweetest, nicest, and best service advisor in the history of Taylor Hyundai!!! This morning I discovered my Palisade had a low tire. I called & was told to bring it in. As i arrived i was greeted by a gentleman who assured me i would be taken care of. I checked with the service department and the lady said there was a cancelation and Colby would get me taken care of. An hour and a half later I was on my way with the tire repaired. Being an encyclopedia of service advising, she made my appointment and my experience smooth. As the final customer of the day, I came in on March 6 for an oil change in the next to last hour of business. She understood my working a few hours over at the Furys Ferry Publix, so she postponed my scheduled car service appointment and was able to work me in once I got off from working at Publix. During my service appointments, she treats me like family and as a valued Hyundai customer at the dealership. I appreciate her so much for the valuable assistance and prompt service that she provided. THANK YOU SO MUCH, DANIELLE, FOR KEEPING MY HYUNDAI SONATA RUNNING AND FOR WORKING ME IN FOR MY CAR SERVICE APPOINTMENT!!! More
I bought a 2019 Hyundai Ionic Hyb SEL in 2019. During the end of November of 2023, with 128,000 mikes on the car I took it to the dealership for service due to lights coming on on the dash alerti During the end of November of 2023, with 128,000 mikes on the car I took it to the dealership for service due to lights coming on on the dash alerting me to system problems. The dealership stated I had transmission problems. On December 5, 2023 the vehicle was placed in to their service shop. This is now February 19, 2024. The transmission was repaired/ replaced due to the secondary warranty policy I purchased that covered the batteries and transmission. Now however they said I have a 12 volt battery underneath the car that went out. Hyundai Corporation said they would only pay 70% of the cost and I was responsible for the other 30 % for labor and parts and battery. The dealership is the one who removed the battery . It worked fine before they removed it. I am now discussing the issue with Hyundai Customer Care. Either way never ever buy a hybrid or an t egg lectric vehicle . The cost of repair is astronomical!!!! I will be filling complaints with BBB, The Federsl Trade commission, the State consumer Protection Office, and the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. More
I brought my vehicle into the dealership for service one week before Thanksgiving. It needed an engine mount. Julian Martin not only got the top notch technician to work on it, but drove it to be sure the p week before Thanksgiving. It needed an engine mount. Julian spoke with his boss and I was able to bring my vehicle in the next day for additional work at no cost to me. Thank you Julian for going out of your way to make sure the problem was solved. She was very knowledge on all aspects of the SUV, from mechanical details to all the new technology, and confidently answered every single one of my questions. Not once did she say she didn't know the answer to something, which I can't say the same about their local South Korean sibling dealership, but that's all I'll say about that. It's obvious she is passionate about the vehicles on her lot and her customers. Kimberly told me to have my wife stop in and she would take an hour out of time to walk my wife through all the bells and whistles of her new car. Now that's customer service. Kimberly, thank you for the excellent, no pressure car buying experience. You were a pleasure to deal with. I wish you nothing but the best. More
I bought my car from Taylor Hyundai brand new with only 3 miles on my Sonata. I only let Hyundai service my car. It has over 100,000 . On it now but she runs great!
