We don't usually write reviews but the service we received at Taylor Ford was exceptional. We made an appointment to view and test drive a slightly used Pacifica in my wife's favorite color...burnt received at Taylor Ford was exceptional. We made an appointment to view and test drive a slightly used Pacifica in my wife's favorite color...burnt orange. When we arrived at the dealership we impressed that we were greeted by a salesman while we were outside viewing a couple of vehicles. That salesman was Kevin E. We explained we had a appointment to view a mini van and we walked into the showroom with him . The general manager Bryan D introduced himself and Kevin was going to have someone bring the Pacifica around. My wife fell in love with a burnt orange Ranger XLT that was on the showroom floor. They promptly pulled the truck outside so we could test drive it even though we weren't sure we want to buy it. Kevin, Bryan , my wife and I were able to agree on a fair trade in value on our vehicle and got a great price on the truck. The financing was a breeze thanks to Wayne L. Thank you guys for making our hour trip to your dealership well worth it. I almost forgot to mention Tia. She was the person I talked to when I called to inquire about the Pacifica we were interested in. She assured me that they would work to make us happy. ( I thought the price the van was listed for was a little high and didn't want to visit the dealership if that price was not negotiable) She made our appointment and kept in contact with me prior to the Saturday we were visiting.
