Taylor Ford has very bad customer service, they kept our Ford Edge ST, for roughly 3 months to repair a oil pan gasket. The did give us a loaner car. A standard edition for fusion car. They would never retu Ford Edge ST, for roughly 3 months to repair a oil pan gasket. The did give us a loaner car. A standard edition for fusion car. They would never return our calls when we would try to get updates about our vehicle. Then once we did get our vehicle back my fiancé and myself drove to Florida, just to find our Edge ST is leaking oil all over the place. So we call a ford dealership in Florida and they tell us that the oil pan gasket was not fixed properly and it was a hack job. We also have proof to back this up from the Florida dealership. So I would never recommend taylor for to anyone. Unless you like poor customer service and hackers to work on your car. I guarantee it will not be fixed properly. How do you keep a car for 3 months and not even fix it right? Something as simple as a oil pan gasket. Your service department is a complete joke. More
