The experience at Taylor Ford was great! Donovan Snow was very helpful and the finance team was very knowledgeable and fast. The only reason I have taken it down to three stars are due to al Donovan Snow was very helpful and the finance team was very knowledgeable and fast. The only reason I have taken it down to three stars are due to all recall work not being completed prior to selling me the vehicle and maintenance on the sunroof not being completed (constant rattling). This was found at another ford dealership while fixing a leak in the coolant system 2 days after the sale. Overall the vehicle is really nice just brings into question how thoroughly the vehicle was inspected prior to the sale. More
