on 7/7/22 , my son took our Escape in to have it serviced. He waited 6 hours. The wait was not the problem. The car needed Brakes and rotors no one called me or told him. They allowed him to leave w serviced. He waited 6 hours. The wait was not the problem. The car needed Brakes and rotors no one called me or told him. They allowed him to leave without addressing the brakes HOW DANGEROUS !!! I bought the car back on 7/8/22 and it was excuse after excuse as to why we were not informed. It was said it is written on the report. Yes it was written on the report but what about asking , your brakes are bad do you want that fixed, for your safety ? Then I was told you must make an appointment to have brakes repaired. How was I to know this ? Very poor customer service, and no accountability. Yes we did receive a refund of 70.35 because he waited 6 hours, but I did not want anything for free, I wanted my brakes fixed, to ensure safety ! . More
