My salesman gave me a quote on my vehicle, however when I went to sign the papers it was another price. I also received paperwork regarding my price on the vehicle was totally different. I would NOT recommend Taylor Fraternity Ford Dealership- unless you like dealing with a”Ol Boys Club.” I trusted my salesman-Don Moon, to look out for me and my best interests as a repeat and loyal Ford Cu unless you like dealing with a”Ol Boys Club.” I trusted my salesman-Don Moon, to look out for me and my best interests as a repeat and loyal Ford Customer of over 20 years….but after receiving the wrong pre-ordered customized Escape (over 6 months later!) and he didn’t rectify the issue or have a good enough reason for the HUGE and Avoidable MISTAKE! That was a disappointing and costly leasing experience! More

This is our second lease with Taylor Ford and dealing with Nick Isom. He is knowledgeable and a great car salesman. We told him about a used car we saw in the lot and he was able to get me in a better ca with Nick Isom. He is knowledgeable and a great car salesman. Dealing with Taylor Ford and Drew was a bittersweet experience. The transit Van is an outstanding vehicle and very appreciated by our church. The disappointment and unsatisfactory part was that Drew pr experience. The transit Van is an outstanding vehicle and very appreciated by our church. The disappointment and unsatisfactory part was that Drew promised us an X-plan discount or that the dealership would provide a similar discount. We paid the full price for the Van, did not get enrolled in Ford Pass for points. The dealership will not return our calls and request for information as to why our X-plan pin number was not used.
