I had terrible experiences at 3 other dealerships before finding Taylor Ford. I wanted a stick and had searched on AutoTrader.com and was following up on the cars that had come up on the list. I called to see if they had an 07' Focus they had listed on the site and Brent went out and checked for me (rather than just saying yes and me showing up with it not there). Once I got there Brent was awesome. The car was ready to test drive, had a fantastic warranty, and they were willing to work with me on price.
