I would NOT recommend Taylor Fraternity Ford Dealership- unless you like dealing with a”Ol Boys Club.” I trusted my salesman-Don Moon, to look out for me and my best interests as a repeat and loyal Ford Cu unless you like dealing with a”Ol Boys Club.” I trusted my salesman-Don Moon, to look out for me and my best interests as a repeat and loyal Ford Customer of over 20 years….but after receiving the wrong pre-ordered customized Escape (over 6 months later!) and he didn’t rectify the issue or have a good enough reason for the HUGE and Avoidable MISTAKE! That was a disappointing and costly leasing experience! More

This is our second lease with Taylor Ford and dealing with Nick Isom. He is knowledgeable and a great car salesman. We told him about a used car we saw in the lot and he was able to get me in a better ca with Nick Isom. He is knowledgeable and a great car salesman.
