I had spoken to other Ford and Lincoln Salespeople, but none compared to John. First of all, he listened to what I wanted on my car. Then, he went out on the lot, moved several vehicle out of the way, and then to me for a ride in ‘my perfect car’! There was no hassle dealing with John – he found every possible way to reduce the pricing for a favorable lease rate! Then even made it better with the help of the Sales Manager Brian Shinavare! It was late (past closing time) by the time we got all of the paperwork completed, but John got my cell phone Synched-Up before I left. He invited me back to spend an hour with me showing me the Ford Sync features that I had on my trade-in, that I wasn’t aware of! It amazed me what he showed me that I had been missing. I went in today for Taylor Ford’s biweekly Sync Training with two of my friends who had purchased their vehicle at Taylor from another salesperson.
