I found my experience with Taylor Ford to be very pleasant. Pat Spencer was extremely courteous and friendly. He was also quite responsive to get me the pertinent information I was looking for. Brian, the sales manager at the dealership, was equally courteous and friendly. They gave me the impression that they genuinely wanted my business. Initially, I thought my trade-in could be a deal breaker in lieu of our differences. However, they even got the owner of the dealership involved in making the deal happen. At the end,, I got pretty close to the number I was looking for. Now, that's what I call team effort. I would recommend Taylor Ford to all my family members and friends. Even though, I live 40 mile away, I would definitely make the trip because of the dealership's professional attitude and friendliness. Regards, Ray C. Sadler More
I came to Taylor Ford on the recommendation of two different Friends. I must say that I am so glad that I took their advice. I had been working with a different dealership and after feeling pushed an bullied into almost purchasing a vehicle that I did not really want..had decided to wait to buy. On a whim, I walked into Taylor Ford pretty discouraged just to satisfy my friends repeated suggestions. I was met by Deb Sebastion at the front door and was immediately made to feel comfortable. I was given 100 percent of her attention and shown dozens of vehicles that I could purchase or lease...even though I had just gone through a painful bankruptcy. The "OTHER" dealership had made me feel as though they were doing me a favor...and I should settle for whatever vehicle "They" could get me into. Deb helped me find a beautiful Fusion that I WANTED and was excited about!! I was able to choose my style, colors and options and got a deal at almost a .75% interest rate...which I had thought impossible after the bankruptcy. I love my car!!! And I am soooo happy to have found TAYLOR FORD! I will be back when my lease is up and believe me, I own a night club and will be sending PLENTY OF FRIENDS and customers into the dealership! We dropped off our two vehicles for routine maintenance and every person we dealt with in the service department was fantastic. We dealt mainly with Mr. Sherry, who treated us with the utmost respect and h and every person we dealt with in the service department was fantastic. I had called 5 other dealerships that day and none were as will to help me solve my problem as Chris was. I had an intermitant problem with my F-150 and within the first two minutes of our conversation he as will to help me solve my problem as Chris was. I had an intermitant problem with my F-150 and within the first two minutes of our conversation he was confidant that he knew what the problem was and got my car in that afternoon to be serviced. it was covered under warranty and I had my truck back the next day. It was Thursday afternoon at 3:15 that I left my truck there and picked it up the next day repaired.All the other dealerships I called told me the couldn't even look at it until the following Monday or Tuesday. Taylor Ford is not the closest dealership to me but I plan on bringing my truck to them for all my service needs. I also had an Issue with the Aux input jack on my radio. the tech checked it and said it was fine but chris went and got a cable and showed me with his ipod that it did work. I could not be more happy with the service I recieved from taylor ford and Chris. This is one of the few times that I felt a dealer actually wanted my buisness. More
Andrew by far has been the most wonderful salesmen I have ever incountered. As soon as we sat down he was very friendly and was understanding and supportive to my needs in a new car (price, trade in, gas mil ever incountered. After we talked for a bit he pulled around the perfect car for me after a short test drive I was sold. Not to mention during my visit I had my 81 year old grandfather with me Andrew was so kind to him, at the end of the 1st day Andrew gave him a Ford baseball hat and that really just make my grandfather's day and my visit at the dealer ship that much more positive. My grandfather has been buying Fords for thirty years and he made the comment "Andrew was the kindest sales person he has met." Another thing I really appericated was when I picked up my escape Andrew took out so much time to show me all the ins and outs of this car, things I would of never noticed they were there if he hadn't, he also spent a few more moments with me ensuring I knew how to hook up my i pod, which was very helpful. I also left something in my trade in that Andrew was so kind to keep at his desk until I was able to pick it up, you just don't get customer service like that anymore. I plan on buying/leasing all my cars though Andrew from now on. More

I was looking for a specific vehicle and Taylor Ford had it in stock. It is a 2 1/2 hour drive from where I live. I talked to James Lutsey and he held the car for me and I was able to trade in my old car an it in stock. It is a 2 1/2 hour drive from where I live. Also, I had James order some additional accessories for the car. He ordered the parts and set everything up so that I could get it all done on MY day off. I feel he did an outstanding job. More
I entered Taylor Ford to purchase a used 2009 or 2010 Ford Edge. I worked with sales rep Murray Knapp. We hit both lots in the Taylor area. It amazed me when two sales reps working at Taylor Ford strongly recommended I buy a 2011 new Edge. Murray did the number crunching for me. It made sense. So a new one it was. I did not like the med stone interior and wanted the Bordeaux red. We could not find what I wanted. So Murray started a search and found one in Ohio for me. He made a trade and picked up my car that day. WOW so fast my head was spinning. Good experience for someone who does not normally trust salespeople. Thank you. More
