I feel like I was ripped off at Taylor Ford. After leaving I noticed the car price on the paper work did not match the car price I was quoted. After talking to my sales rep, Chris, he says it wa After leaving I noticed the car price on the paper work did not match the car price I was quoted. After talking to my sales rep, Chris, he says it was bank fees. When I reached out to my finance company they do not know anything about bank fees. When I went for a test drive I noticed the door making a noise, mentioned it to Chris whom states he put WD40 on it. No he didn’t. He was so dry and still making the noise. Then Chris showed me the car fax which had a recall. He said don’t worry about that “we took care of that” . Nope . Just very disappointed in my service More
