I went to Taylor Ford to see if I could get a new car and try and keep my payments close to what my old car was. I talked to the salesman and we looked at a few cars and we worked on what we needed to d and try and keep my payments close to what my old car was. I felt Scott listened to my needs and what I could comfortably afford. He worked with me to find the vechile I was looking for, (Escape) and what options would meet my needs. Our salesman came through for us once again. We really appreciate his honesty in handling our trade in and providing detailed information on our payment plan. He was very patient as well. The dealership manager was also very good with us given we had purchased three prior vehicles with Taylor Ford. On the other hand I stll believe that the dealership could have offered us a little bit more on the trade in. But overall, we will come back to work with Don. I actually returned the next day to see Don for a possible purchase for my sister-in-law.
