My husband and I bought a Fusion Dec 09 from Jim and loved the service we recieved. He did not push for anything we didn't want. When it came to my turn to get a car we went right back to Jim no questio loved the service we recieved. He did not push for anything we didn't want. When it came to my turn to get a car we went right back to Jim no questions asked. We had a problem actually recieving my car in from the plant. Jim went above and beyond to find me another car that was as close as possible or better than the one I was waiting for. Jim pulled through and I recieved my car that night. After we picked it up he sat with my husband and I for over an hour making sure we had basic knowledge of my cars features. I am extremly happy with the service I recieved with Jim. I would recommend him to anyone I know. More

I went in to purchase a car while my husband was on vacation. I had not worked with anyone at Taylor Ford before. I basically walked in and the first person that said hello got the pleasure of being vacation. I had not worked with anyone at Taylor Ford before. I let Dan know what I was looking for and that I was not hard pressed to find something that day. He was very open about what the deals were and said "if I can't find what you are looking for now, I will keep your information and call you when I think I have met your specifications". It was very low pressure and I appreciated that. Dan ended up finding me what I was looking for and I drove off the lot with my shiny red new Escape! I had to bring my car back to have the moon roof installed later that week and they finished it in one day as promised and it works perfectly! Also, I was very pleased at the "extras" that Taylor Ford had compared to other dealers I had worked with. I am enjoying my free 30 days of car washes and have already referred some friends to Dan! Very friendly staff, willing to go above and beyond to find the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I called on Wednesday to make an appointment with Andrew and was able to make as appointment the next day - Thursday at 9:30. I told him what kind of car I wanted and the price range I would afford.
