We worked with Taylor Ford, specifically with John Mann, to purchase to work vehicles for our construction business. We searched for these vehicles throughout several other ford dealers with very little suc to purchase to work vehicles for our construction business. We searched for these vehicles throughout several other ford dealers with very little success. After months of being set aside and turnes off by other dealers(not communicated to properly, suggesting waiting 6-8 weeks for these company vehicles we wanted, unfriendly,etc), we found our vehicles on Cars.com and went to taylor ford to check them out. John responded to my initial email within an hour, and upon arrival at Taylor ford, John was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the vehicles. He stated he could have our vehicles right away, and even though this dealership was the furthest drive for us; we knew working with John for this transaction(as well as future Transactions) would be the correct decision. Everyone at the dealership we worked with was kind and the experience was pleasant. We gave the best rating possible because Taylor Ford had excellent Customer Service, low pricing, outstanding communication, and a great knowledge of their product.
