Jason was knowledgeable, and did not mind simplifying his instructions to make sure I fully understood. I am a 59 year old service-connected disabled female veteran. Everyone I came in contact with at Taylor Ford made the whole trade-in/buying experience not only easy, but a pleasure. This was my first time buying a new car on my own, so naturally I was a little appre whole trade-in/buying experience not only easy, but a pleasure. This was my first time buying a new car on my own, so naturally I was a little apprehensive. Craig Stier gave me a very fair trade-in on 2 vehicles, Jimmy Barker found a car with all the features I wanted and had it ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived and Kip Pait made the loan process quick and hassle free. There was never any pressure or "fast talking" with any of these great guys. I decided I also wanted the cross bars on the top of the vehicle, and because the dealership is a 50 minute drive from my house, when the bars come in arrangements will be made to have a mechanic come to the house to install them .......... talk about customer service!! I've been singing praises of this dealership to everyone I know and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle. More
