MY VISIT TO TAYLOR FORD WAS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST PLEASANT TRIP TO A CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER HAD.FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN I WAS GREETED BY MR. Taylor Ford far exceeded my expectations for service, this is our third vehicle and my son and daughter have also purchased a number of cars. Jim Barker went far beyond the average salesperson,he delivered my car to me at work,it was raining that day and he made sure I had a umbrella he was soaked but took the time to go over every detail of the car inside and out. He set up my phone showed me how to work the Sync and all the features of the sound system. I don't think he left any thing out and would have spent as much time as needed for me to know everything about my new car. He was very professional,knowledgeable and made sure I had his cell phone number so I could call him if I thought of any questions or needed any help with any feature of my new car.
