Have been trying to get a recall taken care of for over a year and they always have an excuse then they said a technician can come to me and fix the recall but when he came low and behold he had the wrong pa year and they always have an excuse then they said a technician can come to me and fix the recall but when he came low and behold he had the wrong part and tried telling me it would take multiple hours to remove the camera so being a certified technician I checked it out and had the camera in my hand in about 5 minutes don’t know what there technician was talking about and know they are back on needing it for a couple days for an hour long procedure so as far as I’m concerned if I have to take it in I will be going to another dealership for the recall.
