WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALMOST BUYING A VEHICLE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE TRADE-IN PRICE WAS BALONEY. ALL I KEPT BEING ASKED WAS HOW SOON THEY COULD GET ME AN AN OVERPRICED TRK. My experience with Taylor Ford was excellent. I stopped in to get a part for my older car, and ended up leaving with a new one! Everyone from the parts department to the body shop did their best to assist in to get a part for my older car, and ended up leaving with a new one! Everyone from the parts department to the body shop did their best to assist me. The body shop even had a person stay late to fix my back hatch, rather than having me come back the next day. I used the time to scope out the new vehicles. . . John was the salesperson I was working with. He patiently listened while I talked about what I wanted, and what I could spend. He gave me ballpark figures on monthly payments based on the vehicles I was looking at. He pulled out the brouchures so we could review cargo space and towing capabilities. He walked through the features of the two vehicles I was looking at. Once I finally made the decision on the Escape, he moved me through the process quickly. This was honestly the best car shopping/buying experience I have had, and I'm very please with Taylor Ford overall. I will definitely be back! More

Jim Lutsey helped us to select a great Ford Escape yesterday at Taylor Ford Dealership. When the car was delivered to us he made sure we knew how to use all of the options on the car. We had forgot yesterday at Taylor Ford Dealership. When the car was delivered to us he made sure we knew how to use all of the options on the car. We had forgotten to remove a sticker on the car but Jim found our trade in and removed the sticker for us. Thank you for all of the extra services he provided to us. More

I gave Jamie a great rating because he is really able to hone in on an individual customer's needs and help them find exactly what car is best for them. In my case, he was able to recommend the Focus SE for hone in on an individual customer's needs and help them find exactly what car is best for them. In my case, he was able to recommend the Focus SE for its great gas mileage, safety, smooth driving experience, and other helpful features, such as Sync. The price was very solid, and I am very pleased with my experience. I can say with certainty I will return to Taylor Ford when my lease is through to either buy my currently leased vehicle or buy or lease a new one. More
