The reason we chose Taylor Ford is because in the course of monitoring various dealers in the area the dealership contact person was so helpful and professional that I had to call back. John Kovach was that person and two days later we drove off the lot in our car. I don't buy vehicles without doing the research so that said, we will return to Taylor Ford in the future. An Exceptional Service Visit Upon driving into he Service Area I was promptly greeted by Anne, who personally directed me to Chris Pigo an available Service Advisor. She relayed Upon driving into he Service Area I was promptly greeted by Anne, who personally directed me to Chris Pigo an available Service Advisor. She relayed the reason for my visit to Chris, who then began to process my requests for The Works, new windshield wipers, and the 100 month Motorcraft battery. The old battery of eight years was performing well, but the recent cold snaps of winter reluctantly made a purchase necessary to prevent getting stranded in the future. With my requests processed, Anne proceeded to show me the way to the customer waiting area. As I enjoyed a nice hot complimentary cup of coffee, I couldn't believe how clean the area was. In past years I have sat in areas where I often felt leery of getting bitten by a rat, and gotten oil and dirt on my clothing from past occupants. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I quickly relaxed watching the Automotive technicians performing their assigned tasks. Chris often went in and spoke to the technicians, as they performed like a well trained team seemingly effortlessly gliding from task to task. Anne was busy herself, as she prepared coffee and meticulously groomed the area. Chris returned from the Service area with what looked something like an air filter, but the dirt obscured its outlines. I quickly said yes to a new one, as I thought of all my precious gas mileage I had been losing. That annoying engine light was now gone. I bid my farewells to Anne and Chris upon leaving, climbed aboard my 2010 F 150. With a gentle sigh I put my truck in drive and proceeded to leave, having felt like I was now leaving two good friends. The warmth of the experience still warm in my heart. More
