Josh was really great at working with me and keeping my new car buying "dealership irritation" to a minimum, asking if I was ok with texting, getting things prepared ahead of time. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that they weren't accepting my check or my credit. They almost lost a new customer and new sale. In the end, I think that Josh is worth going back to but I hope we can have even more stuff set up ahead of time so that I spend very little time in the dealership. More
