.Service dept.- Slow and overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this dealership because of the service department.Even though I had an appointment,it took one and a half hours to replace a whee I wouldn't recommend this dealership because of the service department.Even though I had an appointment,it took one and a half hours to replace a wheel stud. we have had other issues in the past and regret our decision to purchase another car from there. The cost was originally $135 but I complained and it was lowered to $125. Also I was told the work had been started when it hadn't. It shouldn't take an hour change one stud. More

At Taylor CJDR, over the past 5 years for me and my family it has been wonderful. Let's talk about the DREADED service department, and the nasty service writers who just sell you everything and anything to make a commission??? Is this the case at Taylor??? DEFINITELY NOT !!!!! I have over the past 5 years and also in the past 6 months had multiple visits to Taylor service and when I arrive I am always warmly welcomed and treated with respect and kindness. I have had the occasional "misunderestanding" as to needed and recall service and what is or isn't covered. However and here is the main point of this missive, if you take the time to work with and talk to Jim Metzger, Shaun Cody, Bob Penley or the Service Manager Paul Jones, there is almost nothing they won't do and no explanation they won't legitimately cover to show and make certain you are well taken care of. This is the kind of service department that brings the customer back for more great service and another visit to the sales people. I want to compliment Paul, Jim, Cody and Bob along with the technicians that do the work. My experience at Taylor service is always an easy trip to the "painless" automobile doctor. Kudo's to GM Jimmy Crosswell, Dave Taylor and all of those who hire and keep these well trained and wonderful Taylor Chrysler "assets" in their respective positions. Mike Swaim More

Service Department I have been a loyal service department customer of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram since I purchsed my 06 Dodge Charger-Daytona Edition from another so I have been a loyal service department customer of Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram since I purchsed my 06 Dodge Charger-Daytona Edition from another source. While I initially had pretty great experiences with their service department, over the last 12-18 months my overall satisfication with their service department has plummeted! It has become increasingly clear that Taylor's staff don't value loyal, dedicated customers anymore and that their focus is now on how much money they can bring in and how many people they can attempt to service at one time versus focusing on the quality of their customer's experiences and ensuring loyal customers and potentially securing recommendations to new customers. Over specifically the last 7-months I have been attempting to get the rear rotors on my car replaced, which has become a nightmare! Taylor's service staff provided me with COMPLETELY WRONG information about the size and type of rotors my car takes, as well as were entirely unhelpful in locating the correct information. They also informed me that I had a tire pressure sensor that was "going bad", which when I took my car elsewhere to have it serviced I was informed that the sensor Taylor's staff told me needed replaced was actually working appropriately and that it was a different sensor that needed replaced. This leads me to believe that if I had allowed Taylor's service department to replace this allegedly malfunctioning sensor I would have ended up back in to have ANOTHER sensor replaced very quickly. The service advisors and even the service manager are entirely too busy to answer the phone to schedule appointments a lot of the time and do not return calls if you leave a message about scheduling an appointment. Additionally, when I've attempted to address my concerns with the dealership, there has been NO response! It seems that Taylor has just gotten "too big" and no longer recognizes the importance of customers who might not have purchased their vehicle there but are willing to use them for service needs. Since my business is clearly not needed and they are not interested in ways that they could potentially keep customers I have sound a new "home" for all my service needs and will be recommended any- & every-one I know to them. Just as a final note...Taylor has recommended $3,500 in "needed repairs" to my vehicle in the last 12-18 months, which luckily I was able to discover before I shelled out the money were in fact NOT needed AT ALL. BUT they were unable to take care of the ONE area that actually NEEDED repaired! Customers beware...Taylor will do their best to swindle you out of your money! More

Glen was "assisting" me when Chad brought me his phone and said Brian was on it. Brian recommended working with chad. Chad went to take care of paperwork and had Travis show me a couple vans. They had less options than my current van. Was told there is 0% financing on a new 2014. I asked Chad to run the numbers. Travis brought out a 30th ann. Chrysler. I took it for a test ride and loved it(had more options). Initial payment was too high. Asked about trading in my motorcycle. Now payment in reach but higher than I wanted. Couldn't get any lower. (upside down on current loan).Decided to buy. Took it home and parked it in the garage. picked up my wife w/ the motorcycle and surprised her w/ new vehicle and told her it was her last ride on the bike. Took bike to dealer and my wife singed the paperwork(I did earlier).Said goodbye to bike and old van. My wife loves her new van. I miss my bike, but LOVE MY WIFE! P.S.- So much for that lower payment! More
We bought our van from Taylor Dec. 11, 2014. The service and atmosphere was wonderful. On Friday the 17th, I brought it back in to get the oil changed and get some questions answered regarding the technol and atmosphere was wonderful. I am very thankful to Taylor Chrysler Jeep Dodge for helping me out! I was about 1.5 hours from home and my tire pressure light came on. I wanted to make sure I was ok to drive home and Randy Ayers wa helping me out! I was about 1.5 hours from home and my tire pressure light came on. I wanted to make sure I was ok to drive home and Randy Ayers was so kind to help me put air in my tires!! He helped put my mind at ease while driving home.
