When it came to the business of the deal, Tim was very respectful of our desires and needs. Because of the very busy day, the process went a bit longer than we anticipated. When we said we would go get some lunch and return later to conclude the deal, Tim insisted on ordering lunch from Friday's for us. That was really nice. Scott actually made the financial part of the purchase into a very low-stress experience. And I must add that the Service Department was in large part the reason we came to Taylor Dodge looking for a car.
