Great customer service. My sales person was Jake Hendershot. Jake went above and beyond the normal job routine to help me find the perfect vehicle to match what I was looking for in a vehicle, He Hendershot. What did impress me was how hard all individuals worked to make this deal happen, considering I am on a very tight budget. Thanks to Jim Crosswell who took extra time and phone calls to find someone to provide me the credit for the car loan. The extra time to make a phone call to follow to make sure everything was ok and that I was happy is something we just do not find much anymore. I will definitely refer this dealership and Jake to my friends. More

I have not been happy about my experience with my 2004 Dodge Ram. By the time it reached 100,000 miles I had put nearly $6000 into my truck. Both bedsides were rusted completely through at 60,000 miles Dodge Ram. By the time it reached 100,000 miles I had put nearly $6000 into my truck. Both bedsides were rusted completely through at 60,000 miles and of course Dodge said..."We there is noting we can do...It is out of warranty." At 100,000 miles the whole rear end needed replacing! That was almost $3000 dollars! After is was said and done my last episode nearly cost $2000 for an new module that was not available any where in this county and it had to be ordered from China and It would take at least a week to get it fixed! Needless to say Mr. Hendershot did a great job as a salesman! It took some serious banter back and fourth, but the Taylor Dodge Crew give me what I feel as a great deal. And they really stepped up to the plate and backed me up on giving me a deal on my trade. More

Every person I encountered at the dealership took time to see if there was anything we needed and make us feel at home. This was a great car buying experience from the sales team to the finance people to the administration. I must say this is possibly the best dealership to buy from. Their customer service is top of the line. My wife and I first went in to take a look at a Dodge Challenger and get some prices. Chad me from. Their customer service is top of the line. My wife and I first went in to take a look at a Dodge Challenger and get some prices. Chad met us in the lot and was very friendly and helpful . We test drove the challenger and a charger and Chad was very helpful in answering all of our questions. During the week after test driving my wife and I decided that we would go ahead and buy a Challenger. Through this week I was emailing back and forth with Chad on what specifically I wanted as well as other questions and he replied that day. We ended up setting up a day to come in and price Challengers with the specs I wanted. I will be honest and say I didn't quite have the intentions to buy that day but I wanted to find out some numbers and then go home over the weekend and think about it. Instead of going home with numbers, I went home with a Dodge Challenger. Chad ended up finding the perfect deal for us. Part 1 of the deal for me was finding a vehicle that I wanted and part 2 was how much I was going to get for my trade in pontiac. Chad came out and inspected my trade in and after the inspection he offered just about what I was wanting for my vehicle. He mentioned that they look at the KBB pricing because that is what all customers go by but they also check the numbers for what the vehicle sells for at dealer auctions. Either way the price was nearly the same and still slightly above my low point so I was happy. The rest is history. I must say every person my wife and I talked to at Taylor Dodge was very friendly and helpful. It never seemed that Chad was the only one helping us but the entire team was there to sell us a car and their services. I come from a family who owns a small business and customer care has always been a top priority for me. I would even pay a little more for that said service. At Taylor Dodge, not only do you get great quality service but they are willing to work with you to get the deal of your dreams. Thanks again Taylor Dodge and Chad for all of your help! More

Other personnel, including the General Manager, introduced themselves to me and made sure that I was comfortable while at the dealership. I was also highly impressed that Tim Slattery showed me around the entire dealership and introduced me to all of the departments, including the service department, so that I was comfortable knowing where to bring my car in for service if needed. I especially liked that Taylor Chrysler Doodge offers free car washes to customers. I would highly recommend Taylor Chrysler Dodge to anyone looking for a new or used car and I am confident that you will experience the same quality of customer service that I received. More
