Brian Burghorn made this experience extremely comfortable. I do not like working with 10 different people when purchasing a vehicle. Once Brian began to help me, he never left my side. Brian was always available and extremely down to earth during conversation. I also loved the finance guy, (I believe his name was Scott.) He was very knowledgable on what I should do to save on interest and did not pressure me into anything. I AM BOUND AND DETERMINED TO PAY THIS OFF IN 3 1/2 YEARS!!! My only complaint in this entire process was the initial deal offered to me in relation to my trade in and purchase price. I feel that if I did not do my "homework" on what my vehicle was worth and what similar cars were being listed at on dealer lots, I would have been taken complete advantage of. They quickly returned with a second offer that I felt was fair considering my poor credit.... but with poor credit hanging over my head, I knew a fair deal, instead of a great deal, was all I could hope for. All in all, Taylor Chrysler was a pleasure to work with. I just hope car dealerships in general remember to always be fair to their customers, especially young families who are just trying to make it in this harsh economy....some without the education or tools to do "homework" before purchasing.
